Do I have to be with the bike when you pick it up?
Not always. If you can confirm you own the bike and arrange access to the keys or the location, we can pick it up without you there. Call us and the dispatcher will walk you through what we need before sending a driver.
My bike broke down on the highway. What should I do?
Get yourself and the bike off the travel lanes if you can do so safely, then call us. Stand well away from traffic while you wait. Tell the dispatcher which highway, direction and nearest exit, and where you want the bike taken. We will handle the rest.
