Usually, yes. If our truck can get near the site, we drive in. If it cannot, we anchor on firm ground and run a longer winch line to your vehicle. Tell us roughly how far you are from the nearest paved road when you call.
What vehicles can you recover off road?
Pickups, SUVs, Jeeps, vans and cars that wandered onto soft ground. Give us the make, model and a description of what you are stuck in, and we will send a driver prepared for it. If you have an ATV or a small trailer stuck, ask when you call.
What should I do while I wait?
Stay visible and stay safe. If the vehicle is on a slope or the ground is unstable, step away from it. Turn on your hazard lights, send us a pin or GPS coordinates if there is no address, and do not keep trying to drive out. Spinning the tires digs you deeper.
Can you recover a vehicle at night or after a storm?
